Christchurch trams may be back on track by Christmas...

Christchurch trams should be back on track by Christmas.Things are beginning to move a little in the earthquake devastated southern New Zealand city. Another EQ over 5.0 in recent days may create some doubt about the Christchurch rebuild amongst the insurance industry. Lets hope there is no delay.
